This is to inform you that we experienced a degradation of our Broadcast service across multiple locations. You may have encountered issues accessing the Broadcast and Templates sections within the Moments in the Customer Portal, as they were not available in the navigation bar.

Our designated engineering team has implemented all necessary mitigating actions and restored full functionality of the affected services.
