We had experienced delays and issues with message processing in our Global (Europe) data center.

Delivery receipts for messages sent over Email, SMS, Voice, and WhatsApp channels may have been delayed.

The origin of the issue was identified; the queue system reached its capacity limits, causing delays in message processing.

The matter has now been resolved, and message processing has returned to normal.
