Following additional review of the Disaster Recovery test, the expected impact has been updated.
Customers utilizing Conversations, Answers (SaaS products) and AgentOS may experience minor disruptions or irregular service behavior in processing during the scheduled test window.

As part of regular Business Continuity Management (BCM) requirements, we will undergo a planned Disaster Recovery test for services hosted in our Global (Europe) data center during the below specified time-frame:
